My first meal out in Byron Bay
Brings a smile to my face to this day
Ordered practically every time I am out to dine
I know it sounds boring but it tastes divine (…every time!)
Who knew tofu could taste this yummy
And your teriyaki sauce is heaven in my tummy
Wish I knew the recipe to your salad dressing
Would surely make eating vegetables, for everyone, a blessing
It really doesn’t matter how early or late
With tofu teriyaki, I always leave a clean plate
